Uncle Adam's Fudge

Simply Amazing

Never did we imagine in 2013 that we would be selling fudge today.  What began with an experiment to create a Christmas dessert has turned into a year round adventure.  We love making our fudge and are amazed at how many people have enjoyed it over the years. Thank you to everyone who encouraged us to do it.

Uncle Adam's Fudge is a LLC business that seeks to make homemade fudge available to all who desire it.  We would love to serve you some of our simply amazing fudge.

Uncle Adam's Fudge Timeline

  • November 2013 - Uncle Adam creates his first batch of vanilla fudge.

  • December 2013 - Uncle Adam and Aunt Stephanie dream up "Uncle Adam's World Famous Fudge Shoppe"

  • December 2013 - Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies & Cream and Peppermint fudge become the first 4 flavors on the menu.

  • December 2014 - Uncle Adam gives $75 to the Advent Conspiracy missions fund of Erlanger Baptist Church.

  • December 2015 - Uncle Adam gives $500 to the Advent Conspiracy missions fund of Erlanger Baptist Church.

  • January 1, 2016 - Uncle Adam decides to sell his fudge year round; creates webpage; accepts credit cards.

  • February 29, 2016 - The mini-block becomes available for all fudges.

  • May 16, 2016 - Cake Batter and Orange Cream are added to the menu.

  • August 19, 2016 - Chocolate Walnut and Salted Caramel are added to the menu.

  • September 2, 2016 - Pumpkin Spice & Candy Corn are added to the menu.

  • September 8, 2016 - Became licensed by the state of KY Health Department for food manufacturing.

  • September 19, 2016 - Vanilla Walnut is added to the menu.

  • October 7, 2016 - Removed Candy Corn from the menu.

  • October 20, 2016 - Chocolate Hazelnut is added to the menu.

  • October 29, 2016 - Chocolate Toffee is added to the menu.

  • November 2016 - Helped raise support and awareness for the Cure Sanfilippo Foundation (www.curesff.org)

  • December 13, 2016 - Most fudge delivered in a single day (100 pounds)

  • March 4, 2017 - Blue Raspberry, Cherry, Grape, Orange and Watermelon are added to the menu.

  • August 30, 2017 - Removed Orange and added Green Apple to the menu

  • January 1, 2018 - Retired 5 flavors: Blue Raspberry, Chocolate Hazelnut, Grape, Vanilla Walnut, Watermelon.

  • March 20, 2018 - Retired Cool Mint & Pumpkin Spice.  Added Red Raspberry Cheesecake & Strawberry Cheesecake fudge spreads to the menu..

  • September 1, 2018 - Added Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake fudge spread to the menu.

  • December 15, 2018 - Retired Cherry & Green Apple.

  • January 1, 2019 - Started making many fudges gluten free.

  • January 1, 2019 - Added Peanut Butter & Chocolate fudge to the menu.

  • April 1, 2019 - Became a member of Kentucky Proud.

  • September 17, 2019 - The Uncle Adam's Fudge logo becomes a registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office

  • December 1, 2019 - Retired Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake fudge spread.

  • December 31, 2020 - Due to changes in KY state law we allowed our food manufacturing license to expire and now make our fudge according to the new cottage food laws (HB #468)
